We had heard from several friends who had dealt with Tom and used him for their realtor. They were very impressed and happy with how he handled the sales of their properties. They felt he was genuinely interested in them, kept in great contact and made them feel that they were a priority to him. That was enough for us to hear. He treated us the same way and worked diligently on any issues we had. We would not hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone we know.

Tom was all in all a great guy to deal with. He took the time to get to know us. His interest in our opinions and needs was very important to us. It was very easy to like him which led to our being able to trust him. That put us at ease and our meetings went smoothly and productive!y. We always felt like Tom was on top of things for us even though it took several months to sell our house (due to the market). In our opinion, Tom's performance was exemplary.

There were issues with paperwork at the end of the sales process that were strictly the fault of the buyer and their realtor, not Tom. But Tom bent over backwards helping us to comply with providing signatures for "just one more piece of paper," then "just another piece of paper," then "just one more" from the buyers. The issues had to do with the buyer's payment for our house and their bank dragging out the payment for several days. We needed the payment to help us complete the purchase of our new home we were buying. Tom went to bat for us, facilitated communications and got our payment to us expedited. We were so very grateful! We had been so frustrated, as was he, but he handled getting us our money in a very professional manner. We were then able to continue completing the purchase of our new home. Without his help, the sale of our house, as well as the purchase of our new home could very well have fallen through. Thanks, Tom!!

Tom was honest, communicated with us and kept us regularly updated as to the progress of our house sale. He couldn't have been more dedicated to helping us know what we needed to do to make our property more attractive to buyers. We met her at the house and well we are in that same house thanks to Lori dropping everything to help us look at the house and make an offer.
